Once your trial ends, we will be sending you an invoice for the upcoming month to continue your paid subscription. If you wish to continue, just settle the invoice and you’re good to go.
Yes! We do not require any commitment. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. You will be charged or credited the prorated amount for your subscription difference.
We accept PayPal, Credit Cards (via Stripe.com), Western Union, and Wire Transfer.Â
You can cancel your account anytime. Just file a support ticket with your cancellation request
Call minutes: We offer refunds on remaining pre-paid balance on our JustGoVoIP SIP service for payments made within 7 days.
Monthly Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions on our JustGoCloud Packages, Managed Services, DIDs or Toll Free Numbers
Prepaid Technical Support and Consulting Services: We offer refunds only if no technical support or consulting services has been rendered.
